Unruly: Steve Sottile as SVP of Sales and Jeff Minsky as SVP of Client and Agency Development. Both Steve and Jeff are based out of Unruly’s New York offices. Steve Sottile heads up Unruly’s sales efforts across North America. Steve joins Unruly from Mode Media, a top 10 digital media property and the largest premium video and content platform for independent creators. He also led the digital group, which includes sales, marketing and ad operations, for North America at the Reader’s Digest Association (now Trusted Media Brands), where he oversaw all aspects of digital advertising across Reader’s Digest, Taste of Home and Haven Home Media.

Jeff Minsky is responsible for building key agency and client relationships by developing insights-driven analysis of major trends, including further development of Unruly’s Future Video Lab. Jeff brings more than 27 years of agency experience as a respected media technologist and digital pioneer. Prior to Unruly, he served as the National Director Emerging Media, Investment at Omnicom driving deals in Advanced TV, Mobile, and Gaming.

Interactive One: Kierna Mayo as SVP Of Content & Brands at Interactive One. Kierna oversees editorial direction and content strategy for Interactive One’s national, local and syndicated digital properties. In addition, she is responsible for spearheading the expansion of video initiatives across Interactive One’s national digital brands, GlobalGrind, HelloBeautiful, NewsOne and TheUrbanDaily, as they further establish themselves as a source of video content central to Millennial and Black culture. Kierna was formerly Editor in Chief, VP, Digital Content of Ebony.

Cuebiq: Jim Shilale as Global Head of Supply. Jim will lead all partnership initiatives with mobile app developers to scale Cuebiq’s audience. Prior to his appointment to this role, Shilale led the business development and monetization efforts for AppTap. Previously, he was responsible for sales and business development for MocoSpace, one of the leading mobile social gaming communities.

Sports Information Group/Daily Racing Form: Ken Kharbanda as Chief Financial Officer at Sports Information Group/Daily Racing Form. In this role, Ken provides leadership for the financial reporting, debt financing, budgeting, financial analysis and accounting functions for the media and data company. He will also develop and evaluate acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities. Previously, Ken held senior roles at such companies as Time Warner, Reed Elsevier, and most recently, he served as the CFO of fin-tech lending company Biz2Credit.
